Misguide the BOSS to the main tank, and take an aim shoot at him, together with the arcane shooting. If you have pets, you can now demand them to help you. If there are other hunters in your guild, you can have them follow the order to misguide the BOSS one by one.
Slash the KTM and OMEN if you come across them, for nearly 10 to 15 seconds. You can feign death when you have the same taunt with the main tank.
When the taunt has been reset, you can open your macro fully, with DPS working all the time. Keep an eye on taunt, if the main tank allows, you can continue your death feigning.
Remember to feign death if your taunts is getting higher.

Attention here you can use the aim shooting only when you are misguiding the BOSS, under other circumstances, you are not allowed. What's more, the Serpent Sting will waste your mana points while promise you low output since the BOSS can resist part of the Serpent Sting damage, therefore, you should ignore the Serpent Sting.
When you are in the instancing, you can use the top-level arcane shooting. Usually we will not use it.
Now I will recommend some macros for you.
Open the trinket macro. If you are the Berserker's summoning, you can change the name on the bloodlust brooches accordingly.
