Do you wonder something about sweden, is it just a lot of blond skinny and tall blond girls? Snow and cold all around the year? And nobel prizes to everyone? Well, some of if it's true but not completely. Here is the Sweden forum, all your questions and opinions will be answered by real swedish people ;-)
Hi, good idea for a forum topic, why didn't I think about that. Could I be your co-worker in answering questions about sweden and it's people?? Pretty please
Hey, we went to Stockholm last year, took the viking line. but we didn't know what are good places to visit, so we just walked around the seaside. didn't see much...
Well, it depends on what your interests are, and what you want to do when you come to a new place. If you like shopping stockholm is a wonderfull place, everything is on a walking distance, not too far from the ships. I went with Viking Line to Helsinki once, that's the other way around I guess ;-) I remembered they had maps and some tourist info onboard the ship to read. But the best way is to look on google. Just write stockholm and tons of good stuff will come upp. Like restaurant rewievs and what's hot right now, good museums, theatres and such. stockholmtown.com is the official website and it comes in many languages
This is 'plattan' and it's kind of the center, everything is there, the train station, subway, and lots and lots of shopping. It's easy to find and everything is easy to find from there.
I also want to recomend the best ice cream I ever ate. It's a place called Montis, you'll find it in the mall next to plattan called gallerian. Inside the mall you'll probably see a long line at least 5 meters, that's where the ice cream are. A bit expencive but sooo worth it.
