I saw this Underworld movie yeasterday... I think this underworld's names was "Evelution" (or how it's spells) but i don't now if there is any more movies before this one.. is there?

I got a little hard to understand what it all was about... since i've never seen the erlier movies(if there is any)

Can someone help me understand all that...???
