 I love the new show Heroes. Here is a basic overview of what is happening. As human race grows we start to evolve. Such evolution is what we would call super powers; to this show it is just the wave of the future. There was this doctor who spent his life trying to prove this and eventually was killed because of it (his son Mohinder Suresh is trying to find them now  ). He was killed by Mr. Benette  who seems to be the head of a secret villains. Right now you're thinking he is a horrible guy... well he adopted Clair who has the power of regeneration that is 16 now. Clair Benette  is a cheerleader who in one show died was cut open on the optopsy table and just put her skin back on walked out. Then there is Nathen Petrelli  running for senator. He can fly! But because he wants to win the election he denies it until Mr. Benette kidnaps him and he had to fly out of there. Peter Patrelli  his brother is like kitty from x-men. He takes what ever power is around him. Then there is Isaac Mendez  . He is a heroin addict and can paint the future when he is high. He painted a massive explosion in New York (The end of the world type of thing). Then there is Niki Sanders . She has an alternative self that likes to kill to protect her son. Her husban that excaped form jail (D.L.)  can walk through walls. Thier son Micah Sanders  has the power to fix any technology (technopath, super genius). Also there is a cop, Matt Parkman  that has telepathy. And then there is my hero... Hiro!!!!!!  He is a Japanese geeky guy that can stop time, go to the future and past snd teleport. He is soooooo cute! (Sorry guys who are reading this... I asked my boyfriend who might be appealing to the guys and he said Niki (she is an internet stripper) then I smacked him for looking   ) Apparently Hiro went into the future New York and saw it explode. Being the cutie he is he turned back time got his best friend, Ando Masahashi  (who likes to look at Niki's web site) and when he was looking at a comic book , the Nine Wonders by Isaac (the future teller), he saw himself doing exactly what he just did and what he needed to do. Then the furute Hiro  came to Peter Patrelli and told him "Save the Cheerleader. Save the World." This show is for anyone who like comic books. So, any questions? Are you hooked? *Lily* I give this show a ten out of ten.  |

| Ok, calm down.... so one of the reasons I don't watch TV is because I live in China and there's not much western TV programming available. It's practically zero. My Chinese is very limited so I don't watch Chinese programming either (though they say that would help learning...) I went to NBC.com to check out Heroes, but it says I can't view the shows online, because of my location. As if it would kill them if someone outside of the US saw the damn show! However, I stopped watching TV even when I was living in the US, like half a year before I moved out. I had a little argument with Cox Cable and ended up closing my account with the thought that I will move to Dish. But then I was lazy to do anything about it and after I while I realized I don't actually miss TV at all... so there. Living over here makes it easy to stick to my decision of course.  |

That sucks! I would DIE without t.v. But since I'm poor  when ever I am at my parents house I get 500 channels... but here I only have basic channels. *Lily* |

ooo  i think it's great show but in poland i won't watch it :( Polish TV sucks:( maybe when i'll arrive to ireland i will see the HEROES |

Ah well... I'm living in Finland these days and I think it's on TV here. I've been thinking of getting TV but I'm so used to not watching it that I just never seem to have enough motivation to do it... maybe some day...  |

Well I guess that depends on how you define piracy. NBC is making it available for free in the USA only so rerouting it to other countries is one type of piracy. You see, they do this because they sell the shows to other countries with delay so what you see today will be available in Finnish TV next year, and so on. Their American advetisers are not paying for foreign views. Early access to the shows can hurt them, basically.  Now, personally I think this type of artificial region limitations (similar to DVD region locking) is wrong and unfair to the consumers. I can't view American TV online from Finland even is I want to pay for it and I can't view Finnish TV online while in the US. The same goes for music - I can't buy Finnish music from iTunes even though I'm in Finland because all my credit cards are with American banks and so they only let me buy American music.  I hope one day the big media companies will realize they are basically turning down people who want to give them money. They keep complaining that piracy is hurting their business but the reality is that they don't give enough choices for people to easily pay for movies, TV shows and music...  |

I They kissed!!!  I´m really mad at Kensei, But I´m sure Hiro will wake up and find his way out of it...The thing with Claire... I know it was wrong... but still... that girl got what she deserved... Peter is now in the future... same pattern as last season... Now they have to go back and prevent whatever it is from happening... what do you think the girl´s gonna be able to do? Surely she´ll have a power...? |
