Muffins with strawberries and white chocolate

Time: Over 20 min
Difficulty: Moderate

Ingredients
Portions: about 20 solid muffins

6 dl wheat flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
3 dl liquid margarine
3 dl sugar
4 eggs
1 dl lemon curd
200 g grovhackad white chocolate
1 l halved strawberries
muffinsformar

To do this
Set the oven at 200 ° C. Stir together flour and baking powder. Add liquid margarine, sugar, eggs and lemon curd. Mix. Turn down grovhackad white chocolate and halved strawberries. Spread in large muffinsformar (mixture is fairly solid and does not work in small, thin muffinsformar). Added in the middle of the oven for about 20 minutes.
