in my opinion there isn't 1 diet...every person's body is different so what worked for u might not worked for me...dieting doesn't mean that u should starve your self...u jus eat in smaller portions....and don't expect to lose the weight all at once...it took a while to put on...so it'll take a while to come off...when goin on a diet u should have a support team, persons who will encourage u an not ridicule ur efforts...not every one is suited to b a size 4 so don't aim for that....don't lose weight to be SKINNY lose the weight to be HEALTHY. u can blog your "diet diary" let's read about it....
Yeah I'm totally agree with you... And the worst thing is that people who is taking diets can have wealth problems... I never take a diet and I don't need it, because my body is thin enough I can say I need put on some kg... So does anyone know how to do it? .
I also agree absolutley with you,but there are many people out there especially women who don't like their their bodys the way it is.So most of the time when they start dieting they are doing that the wrong way. I think the most things they do wrong is: 1. taking diet pills. There are no wonderpills out there and they can kill you. 2. No exercise. No diet ever works without exercise. 3. They think about how many calories they eat but they forget how many calories they also drink. So it makes no sense only eating salad and drink 2 l of coke every day.4. they eat late at night. The metabolism shuts down in the evening what means that you don't burn so much calories anymore.5. they skip breakfast. I think thats one of the worst things you can do, every doctor will tell you. So when people change some of their habits than they don't have to force themselfs to suffer or starve. Just regulary exercice, water instead of soft drinks and eating healthy and regulary is the best thing you can do for your body and than the weight will go off by itself.
I totally go along with you. However, there are many people (especially women) who don't like the way their bodies are configurated. If a diet can help them to correct these "imperfections", why do not try ? The wrong thing is to start dieting in a wrong, "savage" way, i.e. starving, taking dangerous drugs such as diet pills, auto-vomiting, ... A good diet consists of practising sufficient exercise (2 times a week, about 1h30 sessions) that makes all the body works, taking a light but equilibrated and regular food supply, prefer drinking water instead of sodas or alcohol, and lose gradually your weigh by paying attention to what you lose (fat instead of muscle mass) and all the hidden calories in snacks, aperitifs, alcoholic drinks and sweeties you nibble at all the day. A drastic loss of weigh could let your body with scars and is dangerous for your health. If you just follow these basic rules, you'll don't have to suffer by forcing yourself to starve.
amen!! lauretta...but ladies don't wanna hear that...they jus wanna loose the weight...n e how they can even if it makes them sick....but i think should learn to love their bodies... if u don't love u..then who will?....
