Cheddar, Swiss, American, Parmesan... those are the most common types of cheese found in the US but there are of course a lot of others too. Here in China finding good cheese is quite a challenge and mostly the choices are very limited. That's a real pity since cheese is such a great ingredient to delicious food. And don't get me started on cheese platters, enjoying cheese with crackers, grapes, pear...    |

| I like cheese very much... It's also difficult to find good cheese in India. Only once, just once, I found Danish Blue in a small supermarket. Blue Cheese, crackers and red wine... Yummy....  |
