Some people don't know how to behave. Fortunately we have a one-button delete-user-and-everything-he-or-she-has-ever-done function, so it's easy to destroy an hour of spamming in less than a second. In this case the spammer loses the account and all their coins, so it's definitely not recommended behavior.

Unfortunately sometimes we don't notice the garbage right away and it shows to other members. Hopefully soon there will be more moderators to provide faster response times...
