FIRSTLY CREATING LINKS ON OTHER WEBSITES THEN TRYING TO GET THEM VERIFIED NOT WORKING WHEN I HAVE HAD TO MAKE MY PROFILES PUBLIC WHICH I DON'T USUALLY DO. AND ONLY RESPONDING WITH "UNKNOWN ERROR"
SECONDLY NOT RECOGNIZING ON THE GOLD MEMBER CHALLENGE WHEN I HAVE HAD FRIENDS JOIN ON MY REFERRALS AFTER VISITING MY HOMEPAGE AND YES I DID LOG OUT AND GIVE IT TIME TO RECEIVE THIS INFORMATION. I HAD TO HAVE SEVERAL FRIENDS JOIN ON MY REFERRAL BEFORE IT SAID I HAD DONE THIS.
THIRDLY DOWNLOADED A GAME AND IT DID NOT WORK AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS AND ACTUALLY CAUSED AN ERROR TO OCCUR IN MY LAPTOP WHICH RESULTED IN IT NEEDING TO BE REBOOTED. I AM LUCKY THAT I BACK UP ALL MY PERSONAL FILES.
FINALLY NOT RECOGNIZING WHEN I HAVE ACCEPTED A FRIEND REQUEST. YES I LOGGED OUT AND CAME BACK NEXT DAY BUT NOTHING. NOT IMPRESSED.

NOT HAPPY AT ALL AND FEELING RESENTFUL AT JOINING SITE.

2. This can happen for example if your friend joins using a different email address than the one you sent invitation to. This is a limitation, I admit. Currently you do get referral coins if friends join through your profile, but the Gold Member challenge checks from invitation emails to see if a person you invited actually joined. This will be improved later on. If you suspect this is not the reason, would you please provide a username of a friend who joined, but was not recognized?

3. Yes, we know this can happen on PC's. Laptops are more sensitive than others. This is not specific to our site though, you would likely have the same result if you downloaded the same game anywhere else. We always have the latest version of each game that the developers have provided, and all games are tested. However, if the operating system or device drivers are not up to date, a crash can happen. And even if everything is up to date, things can still go wrong. This is true to all software and you should regularly back up your important files.

4. You have several friends listed on your profile, so it seems to have worked. Could you please provide an example of a user who you added, but didn't work?
