This is a funny little boy. You put him in a hot water then cold water then he will drink from the little whole. Then take him out and pour some boiling hot water on his head and he will start peeing. Or, something like that, I actually forgot how he works exactly... he's funny, anyway!
I bought it in Shenzhen, China... I have no idea if it's available in the US but it's pretty common in China. We actually bought quite many and have been giving them to friends as they're pretty funny.
